1. Scope of Services: We offer website design and branding services using Webflow, as well as full branding services, including logo design, brand identity development, and graphic design.
2. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing clear and timely feedback, as well as any materials or information necessary for the completion of the project. Clients must also adhere to payment terms as outlined in our proposals or invoices.
3. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in our project proposals or invoices. A deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
4. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and design rights, for work created by Godsent Design shall belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Confidentiality: We will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Godsent Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
7. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia.
